How to add new emails to OpenECX
***To follow this guide, you must have access to admin.eaa***
Introduction
This guide is used to add new emails to openECX
Steps
Step 1:
Connect to NCL-APP using admin.eaa admin account
Step 2:
If Automatic Email Manager isn’t open, then open it through the taskbar shortcut. or look on the desktop for the icon
Step 3:
Click scenarios, then click edit next to ECX Live
Step 4:
Click Next
Step 5:
Click edit the lists
Step 6:
Click edit next to ECX
Step 7:
Scroll to the bottom then add the new email then click ok
Step 7:
Click OK again
Step 8:
Click next
Step 9:
Click OK
The email has now been added to OpenECX
Step 10: Check to ensure the email attachement is still enabled
Click Accounts
Step 11:
Click scenarios and edit ECX live
Step 12:
Edit the forward action (The only one there)
Step 13:
Ensure the Attach all attachemnets from original email is enabled
Step 14:
Click ok
Step 15:
Go back to the ticket which was raised and advise that all the emails have been added and the forwarding attachements is still enabled.
